I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient and I appreciated the free parking. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff made sure to accommodate those with allergies. I was impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of this hotel.

Really enjoyed Tupelo, the hotel was stunningly beautiful in the middle of jackson. My room with the kitchen was big size. Everything was great. The location was FAVOURABLE and marvellous, really close to restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We appreciated the accommodating staff who went above and beyond for my son's nut allergy. The bedding was soft and cozy, and the pull-out bed was surprisingly comfortable. the hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to local restaurants and shops.

The pool was closed during our stay, despite it being advertised as available. our second stay was not as satisfactory as our first, with dirty sheets, pillows, and shower.

The rooms were incredible and huge, with the kitchen. Everywhere there was clean. The location of the property was particularly good and comfy, in the middle of jackson.

Great location, clean, helpful staff

During my weekend stay, I appreciated the hotel's great location, just a stone's throw away from local attractions. The hotel was clean, which made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast each morning, which was an added bonus.

The advertised pool was closed during my stay, which was a letdown as it was one of the amenities I was looking forward to. there were cleanliness issues in my room, with stains and an odd smell on the pillows and linens.
